Ingredients
1 French style bread stick, cut into 8 thick diagonal slices
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, cut in half
200g tub Chris' Kalamata Olive Dip
2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
½ cup small basil leaves, roughly torn
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the grill to hot. Lightly brush one side of the bread with some of the oil. Toast the bread on both sides until golden and rub with the cut side of the garlic clove.2. smear the bread with about 3/4 of the Chris' Kalamata Olive Dip.
3. Top with the tomato and basil. Season to taste with the salt and pepper and dollop with the remaining Chris' Kalamata Olive Dip. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and serve immediately.
