Ingredients
8 slices grainy bread1 tbsp olive oil
200g tub Chris' Avocado Dip
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
425g can tuna slices, drained
100g cheddar cheese, sliced
½ small red onion, finely sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Lightly brush the bread with oil. Preheat the grill to hot. Toast the bread on both sides until golden.2. Spread a thick layer of Chris' Avocado Dip onto the bread. Top with the tomato slices and tuna, followed by cheese.
3. Grill until the cheese is golden and melted. Top with red onion, salt and pepper and a dollop of the remaining Chris' Avocado Dip. Serve immediately.
Cook's tips:
