As a family owned and operated Australian business, Chris' Dips sprang from humble beginnings in 1982 with its first range of dips produced and sold at the families South Yarra delicatessen. With only the finest and freshest ingredients used, word quickly spread about the delicious dips, and to keep up with demand, the company moved premises the following year.
Setting up full-scale production at Balwyn, the popularity of Chris' Dips continued to rise and saw production move to Heidelberg in 1986, and finally, to Chris current larger premises in Thomastown.
